The seller and I both used Gary Kerley and he was incredible throughout the entire process! I ended up running into a pretty significant bump in the road and when I called Gary (in panic and tears) he went out of his way to help me out and talk me down from my panic! Even with a pretty tight time limit, Gary and my lender absolutely came through and made the purchase possible, with the best possible outcome for me and the seller. I joined this office because when I was interviewing brokers, I immediately felt that this office carries itself to a higher standard regarding all aspects of the real estate world. Because of the high stands of RE/MAX Heritage I knew I would grow into a better agent and person! RE/MAX Heritage gives all agents the opportunity to have in-house coaching, daily training (this is at least weekly) that elevated my business in a way that I could only dream for me personally and as an agent. The training in this office is above and beyond! Real estate, believe it or not, has a lot of computer/IT that agents need to know, and they teach it in an innovative and understandable way (tech stuff is not my cup of tea). Other classes include the more “agent” side of things like how to cultivate lifelong clients (raving fans) and preferred business professionals, as well as teach me how to continue to do what I love in all types of markets. The office is filled with high producing agents who have a great work life balance and have lifelong clients, this is something I admire and work towards. The knowledge in this office is incredibly impressive! What’s even better is that they are all willing to help each other reach the next level, whatever that looks like for the individual agent. YES! We are competitive, however, we all know that there is enough business for each of us to be successful and because of this, the client wins! People ask me about the fees with RE/MAX, industry wide, they are thought to be high, however the value that you receive from being in this office exceeds the cost! If I had to pay separately, for what I receive with RE/MAX Heritage it would be significantly higher! The staff we have are helpful, inviting, and informative to not only our clients but the agents. I'll not let another day go by without acknowledging this awesome team. I have known Yvette Lopez for about eight years now. She is an amazing realtor. Very professional and educated in her field. The biggest being 'the cost' of RE/MAX (monthly fees, etc) But I can honestly say that I would pay double for what I get at RE/MAX. The tech you have access to is incredible BUT also you get actual TRAINING on how to use the stuff. They don't just turn you loose and hope you understand it. Let's talk about the training. They have SO MANY opportunities to train and sharpen your skills as an agent. ANY part of the business you want to learn more about or sharpen your abilities on is covered in our training classes that happen multiple times per week. People in our business pay for business coaches and mastermind groups, and at this RE/MAX IT'S INCLUDED. I have not one but two coaches who guide me and help me achieve my goals.But lastly, my office is special because of the people. All my colleagues care about their business and are willing to share their knowledge and help you get to your goals. From Kristina at the front to my wonderful broker Shayla, you feel at home and that these people GENUINELY care about you as a person and your success as a realtor. I can honestly say, I have become a FAR BETTER realtor in the time I have been here. I can see myself here for years to come and that is a good thing! I can be a lot to deal with when it comes to asking questions and being very specific with what I am looking for. When we started looking at houses she was so patient with myself and my husband. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! When we unexpectedly had to sell our home she made a difficult process so smooth for us. Between having to relocate to a new state before it sold and some issues with different buyers she always had our back and made sure to have our needs at the forefront of her mind.
